As usual for Candeo hotels the location is the best possible and the quality standards are very high/value for price is great. We could rent a car and visit the surroundings very easily including Koyasan.

Excellent service from all the staff on duty daily. We having trouble understanding how the air-con controller and washing machine controller work. The hotel staff on duty personally guided us on how to use the air-con controller and washing machine. The washing machine in Japan currently updated with security feature compared to our last visit to Japan before the pandemic. Clean and sizeable room. Onsen is located at the top of the hotel, level 10, with high level view of Kashihara Nara. Front desk is located at level 9 which is a bit unconventional. The hotel room card also different for different gender, as the card is also used to access to the onsen. Centrally located in a quite Kashihara town center, with lots of F&B options at Yamato-Yagi Kintetsu local train station and nearby Kintetsu shopping mall. A little pricy thou as Kashihara is not exactly a tourist destination.

Smart and simple hotel located close to Yamato-yagi station, and the historical areas of Imai-cho and Yago-cho. The room was tidy and clean and the beds were comfortable. Quick and easy check-in and check-out. We didn't eat at the restaurant or use the onsen facility.

Great spacious room with a little sofa place right by the big window. Nice sunset view. It was spotless clean and had a very comfortable bed. Loved the Onsen on top with a rooftop view.

The property is very close to transport which was good for us. The breakfast was brilliant with a wide choice of cuisines. The staff were very friendly and helpful

The 10th floor onsen. Normally the soaps are super cheap.but these ones had an amazing aroma. Even the snack food at the hotel reception was pretty good. Better than the local convenience stores!

The location, checkin and checkout, other service (the hotel borrowed umbrella and charger) , cleanliness, comfort in rooms, the breakfast (absolutely must have!), the views from rooms and restaurant were just perfect.

Perfect cleaness. Open public bath(open spa) on the roof is the best!! (it was my main purpose of the stay. I went there twice, once in the afternoon, enjoyed it all by myself; then at around 23:00, under the fullmoon :) Friendly staffs.
